The retreat alone got me my money’s worth! It was just as transformational as a plant medicine ceremony.
The retreat was powerful, beautiful, fun, but it also challenged my comfort zone. In order to grow, we have to push through our limits and the retreat helped me get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
Even though at times fear would arise, I gained the courage to move forward when a challenge was presented.
Nathaniel fosters a safe environment for men to be vulnerable in order to be heard. It can be challenging for men to express their feelings because of society’s programming and showing emotions is a sign of weakness. That’s false.
When a man is vulnerable with another man, that is a sign of strength and Nathaniel is a man that I was comfortable opening up to and sharing my emotions, fears, and shadow self.
Once we’re 100% authentically ourselves, then we have reached a dangerously awesome level of freedom. Nathaniel’s retreat, program, and coaching accomplished that: I am myself now.
