Three parts. Each one stands on its own. Together they make the whole thing worth coming to.

The Story
A proper presentation. Six months of obsessive building with Claude distilled into one afternoon. What is happening with AI right now, what I have been building, what I have figured out, and why this is the most important thing you could be paying attention to right now.

The Upgrade
Everyone opens their laptops. We go through a set of special files and gifts together that are going to seriously upgrade your Claude setup. You leave with something new actually running on your machine, not just notes to review later.

Open Floor
The last few hours are fully open. Ask anything, troubleshoot, build, get one-on-one time with me, or just talk to the 30 to 50 people who showed up for the same reason you did. This part of the day tends to run long.

The Community
Austin builders, founders, coaches, developers, people who are just getting started, and people who are already deep in it. All in one room for one afternoon. The conversations that happen here are worth the ticket on their own.

Part 2 โ The Upgrade
Everyone opens their laptops. We go through the special files and gifts together. Walk through what each thing is, how it works, and what it will do for your Claude setup. By the end of this section, everyone has something new running on their machine.

You do not need to prepare anything beforehand. Details will go out a few days before. Day-of you need:
